not so good

Should have kept my mouth shut about Alan being so well - he was still tops when we traveled up to Budapest - but not so well the day after and then it turned out to be a viral infection, and nothing to do with heart, nevertheless bad and now with a urinary complications that let us without sleep for ages. Now temporary ease and rest but further treatment necessary in Pécs, so we have to postpone Füred. As soon as better, we can go. All health professionals in Budakeszi and locally - the stand-by doctor for example in Siklós were fast, understanding and efficient. My eye-op went ahead, for some good news, and now I can see real well without glasses, and am enjoying it when not particularly stressed. It helps that the weather has been gorgeous, 10C above average, causing the figs to go even madder, I am collecting them in egg-boxes, seem to keep well, nice present for everyone including the various docs... It will stay like this if the forecast is right, gently easing back to the seasonal eventually. Erzsi is looking after everything, including cleaning up the house, waxing the floors!! Soon we'll be up to our neck in duck dinners...
